Our Passion

Hi! We are Georgina and Rhydian.

This is where a dream started with one field and an idea.

Allpa Alpacas was first founded in May 2021. After extensive research of alpacas and the different herds around Wales we found our starter herd from Lynne and Keith at Puzzle Tree Alpacas. That is when our first 4 ladies arrived Abbey, Beatrix, Connie and Harper.

We are based in Carmarthenshire and have a growing herd of 20 alpacas. Our main aim is to breed for health, welfare and to improve on our genetics, fleece quality and overall confirmation with each year of breeding.

Being a veterinary nurse for me (Georgina) has allowed me to understand the true needs of alpacas and ensuring that herd health is of upmost importance.
 

A year after the alpacas, our Pygmy Goats, Celyn and Gracie arrived from Bannau Pygmy Goats and we currently have a small herd of 6.

We would like to ensure as breeders that we offer honesty and integrity. Our alpacas and goats are first and foremost much-loved pets. Alpacas and Pygmy Goats are wonderful creatures that bring happiness to all those that spend time with them.
